It is also commonly referred to as just "Lovebug Antenna." Places two curly antennae on top of the Perfpal's head. At the end of each antenna is a heart.  The curliness can vary, the looser the curls the less happy the Perfpal is.  

The smallest wings a Perfpal can have; "lovebug" wings are very small round wings on a Perfpal's back. They are just barely strong enough to allow a Perfpal to fly close to the ground. 

Change the shape of a Perfpal's iris from a circle to a heart. The heart can be upright or upside down.

The Perfpal's hooves are replaced with conversation hearts. They are heart-shaped, made of candy, and have a unique phrase on each hoof.  They can be matched or mismatched. 

The Perfpal is stuffed with petals. The petals can come from any flower and can be healthy or wilted.
