Cuddleluna is the name of the world in which all Perfpals reside! This includes every other location listed, including the Psychic realm which non-psychic Perfpals cannot live. Cuddleluna holds the magic that keeps Perfpals alive, and if a Perfpal is removed they become non-magical, non-living normal plushies.
