The Geo sovereign 

Former member of Meiying's Holy Army. One of the eight sovereigns who watch over the world.

Domingo watches over Bleakburn! He lives in the highest tier, Selvascura, but travels to other areas daily.
"Nobody else in the holy army wanted to go down there, so #$%! it, I will!" [When choosing where to guard]

Despite being one of the world's eight protectors, Domingo is the most relaxed when it comes to governing the people. Despite his connection to the original angelic Perfpal, Domingo has no angelic traits! This makes him one of the few Perfpals born in Aethenly to move to Bleakburn. He loves the people of Bleakburn, preferring their company to those of the overworld. While he tried to roll with an iron fist at first, he quickly realized he couldn't. The people nicknamed him "Domi" and he decided to go with it. They have rubbed off on him in a way, making him a much funnier and tricky person to work with. Though, he's always been known as the sly one back in the holy army days. Deep down he loves everyone in Bleakburn. Even if he wasn't supposed to govern the area, he would choose for it to be his forever home.

Like the rest of the holy army, Domingo has a unique trait no other Perfpal possesses: his patch being a literal gemstone! 
He can manipulate the ground however he chooses. Now, that he is in a Perfpal form and not an Ancient Perfpal form, he is less powerful. 
Every once in a while he will flex his ability to remind everyone in Bleakburn who's boss.
